26 Feb Windom Community Celebration
This week, our team had the pleasure of spending an afternoon in Windom for the first of our many 25th anniversary community celebrations. We shared a meal and talked about the Foundation’s work in McPherson County.
During the event MCCF staff presented the first 25th anniversary grant to the Windom community. The $2,500 award will help upgrade coffee equipment at the Windom Senior Center, the town’s main gathering place. With new equipment, community members will have a better, closer-to-home spot to enjoy their morning coffee and conversations.
The Foundation will be hosting more celebrations (with snacks and grants) across the county in the coming weeks. Help us celebrate 25 years of investing in our community’s dreams.
