Mastermind McPherson County is our 3 step initiative that centers around community members and leader creating a plan to focus on priorities for each individual community. This initiative will be reevaluated every 3 years.
In March we sent out a community assessment survey. Information collected from community members allowed us to assess where our communities are currently positioned in the minds of those who currently live their.
This summit will take place on July 27th at the McPherson Community Building. This meeting, starting at 8 a.m., will allow not only a public review of the results for the survey, but also a open and honest discussion as to what the priorities for each community should be.
Organizations will submit project plans along with what funding will be required. Approval of funding will come after being reviewed by a committee and voted on by the MCCF Board of Directors. Funding for these projects will be prioritized by priorities recognized at the community summit. Grant application.
