2025–26 Grant Cycle open July 1

The McPherson County Community Foundation (MCCF) and the Moundridge Community Foundation will begin accepting applications for their 2025–26 grant cycle starting July 1.

Grant rounds are held on a bi-monthly schedule. Applications are due by the 15th of the first month in each cycle and are reviewed by the Foundation’s Board of Directors during the second month.

Three regular grant opportunities will be available in the upcoming cycle:

General Grants – McPherson County

The General Grants cycle is open to organizations serving McPherson County. Funding for this program comes from a mix of field-of-interest funds and MCCF’s unrestricted “Dream Fund.” The Dream Fund is the Foundation’s primary flexible endowment, allowing it to respond to evolving community needs.

Funding awarded in the 2024–25 cycle: $144,095

David J. Nutt Fund – Lindsborg

This fund supports any organization or programming that benefits the community of Lindsborg. It was established through the estate of David J. Nutt following his passing in 2017.

Funding awarded in the 2024–25 cycle: $123,805

Moundridge Community Fund – Moundridge

This unrestricted fund supports organizations operating in Moundridge. Built through community contributions, it began awarding regular grants (6 rounds) in 2023.

Funding awarded in the 2024–25 cycle: $49,585

Inman Community Fund – Inman 

This unrestricted fund supports organizations operating in Inman. Built through community contributions, it will be accepting its annual round of applications starting July 1 and closing in Aug. 2025
