27 Feb Match Week – March 22-26, 2021
The original intent of Match Day was to help organizations build endowed funds while leveraging matching dollars that may be used for an immediate grant or to further add to their endowment. The pandemic has challenged all of us, particularly the finances of nonprofit organizations and groups. The Foundation Board of Directors remains cognizant that we have not fully realized the financial impact from the shutdowns and cancellations.
With that in mind, the board has decided to allow flexibility for the 2021 event. For each donation a fund receives, the organization will be given the choice of placing all or part of it in the endowment or using all or part of it as a grant. The matching portion will remain the same as in years past.
Gifts will be accepted through the mail, online, or with our contactless drive-up giving. Click HERE for a list of participating organizations.
Mail contributions to PO Box 822, McPherson, KS 67460. To qualify, the donation must be postmarked by March 26.
Online contributions will be accepted from midnight March 22 through midnight March 26.
Contactless drive-up donations. Come by the Foundation office between 9 am and 4 pm on Monday, March 22 through Friday, March 26 to drop off your gift. Simply pull in front of the building and call 620.245.9070 or honk your horn. A staff member will come out to receive it.
