12 Jun Change to grant and scholarship portals
Starting July 1, the interface for both our grants and scholarship management systems will be updated. While the core functionality will remain the same, we understand that any change to a system can impact your workflow. Below are answers to some common questions to help you prepare:
1. Why is this change happening?
Our platform provider is retiring their current design in August. We’re transitioning early—on July 1—to align with the start of our fiscal year.
2. Will this affect applications or deadlines?
No. Application content, deadlines, and requirements will remain exactly the same. This update only changes the look and layout of the platform.
3. Will reviewers be affected?
Not yet. The reviewer dashboard will stay the same for now. However, we do expect changes to the reviewer interface in the future.
4. What exactly is changing?The homepage for applicants will be redesigned using selectable tiles. Grant applications will be organized into separate columns based on their status:

This layout will make it easier to track where you are in the application process.
5. What’s changing for the scholarship platform?
The scholarship dashboard will follow the same structure as the new grants interface. It will clearly separate completed applications from those still needing input.
